  • Device migration beyond 10 devices: + $20 per additional 10
  • ISP call/bridge mode (> 15 min): + $40
  • Overage after included 2 hours: + $40 per 30 minutes
  • Follow-up within 7 days: one 30-min visit or remote tweak included (then overage applies)
