Travel in our normal service area, initial diagnosis and troubleshooting, and approximately 45 minutes of service.

Additional time beyond the included service, charged only after customer approval.

Initial Windows or macOS setup, updates, security basics, essential apps, email/browser setup, one existing printer, and a basic orientation. Data migration is separate.

System health review, startup optimization, cleanup, updates, basic security check, storage review, and performance troubleshooting.

Diagnosis and removal where reasonably possible, browser cleanup, security review, and update verification. Reinstall, backup, recovery, or extensive remediation is additional.

Clean operating-system installation, updates, basic drivers, and basic setup. Data backup or transfer is separate.

Transfer from an existing device. Final price depends on data volume, source condition, multiple profiles, drive failures, and cloud requirements.

Speed testing, coverage and router-placement review, connectivity troubleshooting, settings and security review, firmware checks, and basic optimization.

Installation, basic network configuration, security setup, firmware updates, and device-connectivity testing.

Installation and setup for up to two mesh nodes, including security, placement optimization, common-device connection, and coverage testing. Hardware is separate; larger or advanced projects are quoted.

Placement and configuration beyond the two nodes included in the base installation.

Wireless connection, drivers, connection to up to two computers or devices, test print, and basic troubleshooting.

Account setup, Wi-Fi, email, basic apps, cloud configuration, and basic data migration when reasonable. Extensive transfer or account recovery may cost more.

Wi-Fi connection, updates, streaming-app configuration, basic account setup, and customer walkthrough.

Installation and testing of a compatible memory upgrade.

Computers, printers, email, Microsoft 365, and office networking. One-hour minimum; after the first hour, billing may occur in 15-minute increments.

Urgent outages, priority response, or time-sensitive business technology issues. One-hour minimum.

Tenant setup, business-domain connection, DNS configuration, security basics, first user/mailbox, and first workstation. Licensing and complex migrations are separate.

Microsoft 365 user creation, email setup, workstation sign-in, basic app configuration, and access setup. Licensing and hardware are separate.

Custom monthly plans based on the agreed scope. Licensing, monitoring, security, backups, availability, and response commitments are included only when expressly stated in the plan.

Priority same-day scheduling surcharge, subject to availability.

Minimum surcharge for standard residential support outside normal operating hours or on weekends.

Additional travel charges may apply outside our normal Cape Coral service area and will always be disclosed before booking.

A fee may apply to appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice. TwinTech may waive it when appropriate.

Parts are separate and require customer approval. Special-order parts may require advance payment. Labor prices do not include parts unless stated.

Our labor and workmanship are covered for 30 days. It does not cover new or unrelated problems, hardware or manufacturer failure, malware reinfection, ISP/vendor outages, software updates, customer changes or damage, or failure of customer-supplied parts.
